  • Mindcraftor reserves the right to change pricing and plan features with reasonable notice.

5. Free Trial

  • Mindcraftor may offer a free trial with limited access to Services.
  • At the end of the trial, you must choose a paid plan to continue using premium features.
  • Mindcraftor reserves the right to modify or terminate the free trial at any time.

6. Content Ownership and Privacy

  • Any content (e.g., saved ideas, notes, grading scores) you create using Mindcraftor remains your private intellectual property.
  • We do not share, sell, or reuse your saved content without your explicit permission.
  • AI-generated outputs are created based on publicly available information and may not be guaranteed unique.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
  • Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works from the Services
  • Violate the rights of others, including intellectual property rights

  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Services

Mindcraftor reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these rules.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including logos, brand assets, text, graphics, and software — is owned by or licensed to Mindcraftor and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not use Mindcraftor’s trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindcraftor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services.
Our total liability for any claims relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to us in the last 12 months, or (b) $100 USD.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms or for any business or legal reasons, with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting an updated version and updating the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
You agree to resolve any disputes with Mindcraftor exclusively in the courts located in Hackensack, New Jersey.
